Personal Data. While you are browsing our web site, and during the order process, we may collect information and personal data from you which we will use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How the contract is formed. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the Confirmation). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.
Prices and payment
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude standard delivery (charge is variable depending on the products ordered/shipping destination).
Please note that your credit/debit card or bank account will be debited for the full value of your order in £ Sterling, when payment is authorised, and before we dispatch your order.
Aldwick Vineyard Tour Vouchers/ Aldwick Vineyard Tours
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. No refund will be given for part use, or if voucher expires without being redeemed.
The voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date shown. To book, redeem online at www.aldwickestate.co.uk/book-a-tour/ or call 01934 864404.
Once booked, a tour cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No refund will be given for part-use or a missed tour.
Tours take place at set times on Mondays & Sundays between April & October.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Experience for 18 years+
Aldwick Estate have the right to cancel Vineyard Tours & Tastings if final numbers are 6 or less. We also have the right to transfer attendees to an agreed alternative date. At least 1 weeks’ notice will be given.
Third Party Vouchers
External experience vouchers such as Virgin Experience, or Activity Superstore, but not limited to, are subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier until redeemed. Once redeemed Aldwick terms and conditions apply.
Aldwick Gift Vouchers

Prices and terms apply to domestic sales within the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quotation. If your order for wine or tickets (including Electronic Vouchers) is placed over a weekend or bank holiday your order will be processed the following working day. Once an order is dispatched, please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery. Wine will be delivered to the address provided. A signature will be required on delivery. If there is no-one to receive the delivery, the courier may take the parcel to their local depot for collection by yourselves. Please contact the office with any queries. E-Tickets are sent electronically to the email address given at time of purchase. ( please check junk mail if you have not received )

COVID-19 Status
Should your vineyard tour not be able to take place on the date you have booked, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Aldwick will transfer your tour to an alternative available date of your choice within the following twelve months.
Ownership
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time, and for any reason, within 7 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 28 days of receiving your note of cancellation.
Warranty
We warrant that any product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, you should state these on our carriers’ delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints within 28 days of delivery. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order.
Our Liability and Disclaimer
Aldwick Estate have taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. However, Aldwick Estate takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that can remain despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the products.

Wines purchased from Aldwick Estate are for the customer’s own use only (which may include their use as gifts for third parties). Wines may not be re-sold or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
Age Restrictions
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By accessing the shop, and placing an order through our website you warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- you are at least 18 years old
If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID.
We may validate name, address, age and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity, a credit card check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected.
